- You need of toge secukupnya / beli 1000.
- It's 1 of wortel besar.
- It's secukupnya of kubis.
- Prepare 2 tangkai of seledrri cincang.
- Prepare 2 of daun pre cincang.
- Prepare 1 butir of telor.
- You need secukupnya of lada bubuk.
- It's secukupnya of kaldu bubuk.
- Prepare secukupnya of garam.
- It's secukupnya of gula.
- It's secukupnya of tepung trigu.
- Prepare of minyak untuk menggoreng.
- It's secukupnya of air.
- Prepare of bumbu halus.
- It's 3 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 2 siung of bawang merah.

Bakwan Sayur instructions
- Haluskan semua bumbu sisihkan.
- Parut kasar wortel, campur dgn kubis cincang, bawang pre cincang, seledri cincang aduk rata.
- Masukkan bumbu halus ke dalam adonan bakwan, tambahkan telor, trigu, gila, garam, lada, kaldu bubuk dan tambahkan air.
- Aduk rata semua adonan sampe encer yaa bukan kental...periksa rasanya.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, cetak adonan kemudian atasnya baru dikasih toge dan diaduk pelan dan rata spy toge menempel, goreng hingga matang dan sajikan.
