Recipe: Tasty Mie ayam

Mie ayam. Mie ayam, mi ayam or bakmi ayam (Indonesian for 'chicken bakmi', literally chicken noodles) is a common Indonesian dish of seasoned yellow wheat noodles topped with diced chicken meat (). It especially common in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia, and can trace its origin to Chinese cuisine. In Indonesia, the dish is recognized as a popular Chinese Indonesian dish, served from simple travelling.

Mie ayam Basically, it is Indonesia's version of fried rice using kecap. Mie ayam is one of the most popular noodle dishes in Indonesia, it is a type of a deconstructed chicken noodle soup where yellow wheat noodles (bakmi) is served separately from the soup.   21. Prepare 1000 ml of air kaldu ayam.
  22. You need 4 siung of bwg putih, iris tipis2, goreng.
  23. Prepare 1/2 sdt of lada bubuk.
  24. You need 1 sdt of garam.
  25. You need 2 lembar of daun bawang, iris2.
  26. You need of Bahan minyak bumbu:.
  27. You need 150 ml of minyak goreng.
  28. It's 1 batang of sereh (geprek).
  29. You need 2 lembar of daun salam.

Mie Ayam is unlike most Indonesian cuisine, where the secret is in the sauce, the clue to a good mie ayam is the perfect al dente noodle. For this dish, bakmie is boiled in stock and topped with succulent slices of gravy-braised chicken. Mie ayam (chicken noodles) is Indonesian comfort food. Mie ayam instructions

  1. Siapkan bahan utk membuat topping.. cuci ayam, lumuri air jeruk nipis diamkan 10 mnt dan bilas..lalu di potong kecil2.
  2. Didihkan air di panci lalu masukkan ayam yg sdh di potong2, rebus selama -+ 15 menit.. matikan apinya lalu ambil air kaldunya sebanyak 1000 ml utk membuat kuah, sisihkan.. lalu iris tipis2 bawang merah.
  3. Haluskan / ulek bumbu halus.. panaskan minyak, tumis irisan bwg merah lalu masukkan bumbu halus, masukkan daun salam, daun jeruk, dan sereh.. tumis sampai wangi.
  4. Lalu masukkan tumisan bumbu ke dlm rebusan ayam tadi, tambahkan kecap dan garam, aduk rata, masak sampai bumbu meresap kira2 15 mnt,, tes rasanya.. setelah matang, angkat...
  5. Membuat kuah: masukkan air kaldu ke dlm panci.. ulek halus irisan bwg putih yg sdh di goreng, masukkan ke dlm air kaldu, tambah kan lada bubuk dan garam.. lalu rebus kuah sampai mendidih, masukkan bakso dan irisan daun bawang.. tes rasanya dan matikan api..
  6. Membuat minyak bumbu: siapkan bahan minyak bumbu.. haluskan bumbu halus, panaskan minyak lalu masukkan bumbu halus, masukkan daun salam dan sereh.. aduk rata.
  7. Goreng sampai bumbu matang.. lalu angkat dan saring minyak.
  8. Rebus mie dan tiriskan.. rebus daun sawi, potong2.. lalu saatnya penyajian.. siapkan mangkuk, beri 2 sdm minyak bumbu, masukkan secukupnya mie.. aduk rata mie dan minyak.
  9. Tambah kan topping ayam, daun sawi, beri kuah dan bakso, taburi bawang goreng.. siap di sajikan 💗.
