- Panaskan air rebus daging selama 1 menit,buang airnya,potong² daging panaskan air baru,rebus daging dan daun salam menggunakan tehnik 5.30.7 / bisa juga rebus sampai empuk.
- Sangrai ketumbar,jintan dan lada,haluskan dengan di uleg.
- Goreng bumbu B.
- Goreng kacang,buang kulitnya dan haluskan.
- Blender bumbu A dan B jadi satu,panaskan minyak tumis semua bumbu sampai matang dan tanek.
- Masukkan 1000 ml air (saya pakai air sisa rebusan daging) bumbui dengan garam gula kaldu bubuk,masak 10 menit dan beri kacang yang sudah di haluskan,masak sampai mendidih,test rasa dan sajikan dengan buras/lontong.
