- It's 1 kg of daging, potong².
- It's 2 butir of kelapa(ambil santan kentalnya).
- Prepare 1/2 kg of kentang bulat kecil.

- Prepare 2 bh of daun kunyit.
- It's 2 batang of serai, memarkan.

- Cuci bersih daging dan kentang.
