  4. Siapkan mangkok, isi dengan sedikit nasi, soun, tauge, daun bawang, seledri, bawang goreng dan ayam suwir, lalu siram dengan kuah soto. Sajikan dengan sambal, jeruk nipis dan kecap manis.
